1. Target Plates are  3/8" thick  8" circle plates.  AR360 steel or harder. 2. The pipe stand is 19" tall. 3. The cold rolled rod slips into pipe with 4" sticking out at top. 4. When spinner is slipped on to rod there is a 3/8" gap between the pipe and the spinner. 5. The spinner is resting on the bearing in top of rod. No oil or grease is used. Only collects dirt. 6. The 3/16"x1"x2" piece on the back of the spinner pipe has a "V" notch in it for the pointer to rest in when centered. 7. The pointer is positioned so as to engage the notch with little or no pressure on it. 8. When hit the pointer falls pointing at the loosing side. (paint the pointer red or yellow to see it easier)
